A brighter place to talk
These Guidelines apply to every NoorParty user and all profiles, usernames, voice rooms, messages, and interactions. Context matters, but user safety comes first. Attempts to avoid these rules are also prohibited.
1. Respect people
No harassment or bullying
Do not target anyone with repeated unwanted contact, humiliation, degrading comments, sexual harassment, threats, or coordinated abuse.
No hateful conduct
Do not attack, dehumanize, or promote violence or exclusion based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease.
Respect privacy and consent
Do not expose another person's private information, intimate material, or recordings without permission. Never pressure anyone for sexual, financial, or sensitive personal information.
2. Protect safety
Sexual exploitation and abuse
Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, sextortion, grooming, trafficking, and any sexual content involving minors are strictly prohibited.
Violence and dangerous behavior
Do not make credible threats, celebrate violent acts, support violent extremist organizations, coordinate real-world harm, or encourage dangerous challenges.
Self-harm
Do not encourage, instruct, or glorify self-harm or suicide. Supportive and recovery-oriented conversation is allowed. Contact local emergency services if someone faces immediate danger.
Illegal and regulated activity
Do not buy, sell, or facilitate illegal drugs, weapons, trafficking, sexual services, or other illegal activity.
3. Keep NoorParty authentic
No scams, spam, or manipulation
Do not deceive people for money or information, run investment or romance scams, send repetitive promotions, manipulate engagement, or use unauthorized automation.
No impersonation
Do not misleadingly pretend to be another person or organization. Parody and fan accounts must be clearly identified.
Respect intellectual property
Share only content you have the right to use. We respond to valid intellectual-property reports.
No platform abuse
Do not interfere with app operation, trade accounts, evade enforcement, misuse reports, or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Host responsibilities
Voice-room hosts should describe room topics honestly, manage speaker access, respond to disruption, and avoid encouraging violations. Host tools do not replace NoorParty enforcement.
5. Enforcement
We may use reports, trained review, and technical signals to identify violations. Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, we may warn a user, remove content, restrict features, close a room, suspend an account, or permanently ban an account. Credible threats or legally reportable content may be referred to the appropriate authorities.
Users may contact support to appeal a decision. Intentionally false or abusive reporting may lead to action.
6. Report a concern
Use the in-app report tool from the relevant profile, message, content menu, or live room. For urgent account or safety issues, email us with your NoorParty account details, the relevant account or room, the approximate time, and a clear description. Never send your password.
