1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of NoorParty ("NoorParty," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the NoorParty app, website, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Provide accurate information, protect your login details, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You may not impersonate someone, create an account without permission, or sell or transfer your account.
3. Limited license
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or commercially exploit the Services except where law expressly permits.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, transmit, and use it only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Services. The license ends when content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, safety, and technical retention.
You are responsible for your content and confirm you have all rights needed to share it. Do not violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
5. Acceptable conduct
You must follow our Community Guidelines. You may not:
- harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, discriminate against, or endanger another person;
- share sexual content involving minors, promote self-harm, or facilitate illegal acts;
- distribute malware, spam, scams, manipulated engagement, or unauthorized advertising;
- collect personal information without permission or invade another person's privacy; or
- evade enforcement, abuse reporting tools, or disrupt the Services.
We may remove content, limit features, close rooms, or suspend or terminate accounts to enforce these rules.
6. Purchases and virtual items
In-app purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, or another authorized platform. Their payment and refund terms apply. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged outside the Services, and are licensed rather than sold. Unless required by law or platform rules, purchases are final and non-transferable.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, branding, and materials supplied by us, are owned by or licensed to the NoorParty operator and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant no rights to our trademarks or brand assets.
8. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using the Services and request deletion through the app or our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation, safety risk, legal exposure, or other reasonable need to protect users or the Services. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an appeal path.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all user content is accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for interactions with other users.
To the extent permitted by law, the NoorParty operator and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the Services. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
10. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, or safety practices, with notice where required. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
